Today the valais had one of their regular foot spa days! We put them through the foot bath and trimmed their feet we do this to help their feet from getting sore and leading to foot rot. The advice given for valais is to trim their hooves often as they grow very fast and if left un-trimmed can cause multiple issues.

Valais are prone to getting sore feet after the grass gets wet after a few days of rain. They don't like the wet ground  because where they originate from Switzerland and the ground is more rocky and dryer.
